Link development with with TNX (Paid)
A month or so ago i saw a special offer on digitalpoint forums, giving you some free TNX.net credits. I don’t know about you but i love freebies so i decided to give it a try. I have completely forgotten about it until the other day when i noticed a jump in affiliate revenue. After a little investigation it turned out that one of my abanadoned websites that i dumped all the TNX credits on started to rank for a number of keywords. It worked! I have just purchased some more links for another, fresh domain for a proper experiment just to make sure everything is a bit more scientific this time.
So what is TNX.net anyway? It allows you to acquire huge amounts of links for little money. You can pick your categories, pages, PR and so on to make sure you advertise on exactly the pages you want. The best thing about TNX is that they have a very useful tool that allows you to generate unique link ads for different pages, making your backlinks look natural to search engines.
If my next experiment goes well i think i have a great long tail keyword method (Blackhat) i can share with you that should work a treat with TNX.

Thanks for sharing your experience with this. I’m interested to see how this works out over a longer term both with your abandoned site and the new site you’re conducting experiments with. My biggest concern with using a paid text links service would be receiving a short term rankings boost but then seeing a penalty from google for paid links later on. Even that scenario is potentially profitable though. I look forward to hearing how things play out.

Thanks for telling me about this. It would be a really useful way to advertise for the business I am trying to get started.

I found TNX hard to use when i tried it out. As the commenter above pointed out, I am also worried about the Google Slap for buying the paid links.

Yep, hopefully it works in the long run too.

You are welcome.

Yea, i must say i found it quite confusing myself at first. If you are worried about Google penalty you can always experiment with a disposable domain.

I tried it with one of my regular sites and results were amazing, got top10 rankings for the keywords above 100M competition. Still little worried about google back firing on it.

How many links did you buy if you don’t mind me asking? I’m trying to figure out the optimal amount.

It looks like two out of three people here who have tried this have a positive experience which seems promising. I think I’ll try this down the line and be choosy about which domain I use at first.

Just don’t put too many eggs in one basket. Let us know how it goes. Good luck!

I ordered 5k links, but frozen my campaign at around 800 links.

I guess i might try slowing down a little bit
Thanks!

I tried TNX before and I am very happy with the results.
To see the results, I used my new website, stopped other promotion methods and used TNX only.
And the results are WOW.
( No I am not affiliated with them

I joined, but I have tried doing a site like this before and since I am not a coder I could never figure out how to get the code on my site so once my free credits ran out at the end of the month I was not able to do anything else and this one looks like you cannot do anything until you install it a site period.
Im guessing this will not work on blogspot blogs either since its php code.. I have a domain to put it on, but not sure what to do with php or perl so I guess im screwed.. Any Ideas?
Are you buying links or earning them?
March 28th, 2008 at 2:10 pm
I think we are all buying links here. At the end of the day it is probably the cheapest place to buy anyway. When it comes to blogspot, i really doubt you will be able to run any kind of php code on it. I recommend you get your own domain and hosting. Its just you can spend a year promoting a blogspot blog even though it is not even yours. If they decided to shut you down for one reason or another, that’s all your effort down the drain.

in fact i didn’t try this before but i know text link will extremely increase your anchor text in search engines andb ring you more visitor
March 29th, 2008 at 4:47 am
So do you have to install the code if you are just buying links?
March 29th, 2008 at 3:08 pm
No you don’t. When you purchase the points you are ready to go.
