Don’t get tired half way
When you launch a website for the first time you tend to spend a lot of time working on it in order to give it that crucial kick start. A few months later when you can see your efforts paying off you tend to relax a little bit. Then your traffic will start dying out and you will be left with the feeling of all your effort going to waste. This really does not help your motivation. The picture bellow pretty much describes me in the last few weeks.

I was being lazy, therefore its time for me to get back to work starting with this blog. I would love to increase the volume of blog posts but I guess I would rather see quality than quantity. What do you think guys?

Sweet photo. I see that despite your massive dofollow rampage you’ve been PR hammered to PR2. Has Butts killed your SERPs too?
How about getting rid of dofollow on the blog, putting two fingers up to M. Butts and letting people sap some juice off you for a change.

Not really. I get more traffic from Google than ever before. Just shows you how PR means nothing. Click on “seo social” and sap as much as you want

I agree with what you’ve been doing - quality over quantity. This blog may not be updated as regularly as some, but the tips that you deliver are AWESOME. Some blogs post the same things that have been on every single other seo blog, but I never find that the case here. This quality control probably makes it harder for you to write posts frequently but I feel it’s worth the wait. You give away great information - please keep up the great work and THANKS!!!

Quality over quantity every time Mr Boyko!!
Love that picture by the way….. I feel a little like that at the moment with everything I have going on.
Good to see you back again though

Cool. So they pulled out the PR hammer but left the SERPs intact. Notice you are promoting Bookmark Deamon on the sidebar. Someone sent me that, but since I am on Ubuntu I can’t use it. Is it any good?

Excellent! I shall take my time then and wait until I have something interesting to blog about.
David,
It pretty much just speeds up your bookmarking. Pirated versions tend to go out of date quickly because bookmarking sites do change. So you need constant updates.
Not quite sure about Ubuntu. I will give it a try on mine.

I think you should definitely focus on quality, which your posts always are. Though I can relate to getting tired…or….needing a rest.
I’m looking forward to whatever you dish out!
